Shaé Universe feat. ENNY - Sit Back [Video]

This month British-Nigerian artist Shaé Universe dropped her hotly tipped debut EP Unorthodox, alongside new visuals for her latest track ‘Sit Back’ featuring ENNY. Speaking on the album Shaé revealed, “This EP is so far from everything I imagined my first ever debut EP to be, but in a wonderfully refreshing way.”

Characterised by Shaé’s unique R&Drill fusion the project features previously released ‘111’, ‘You Lose’ and the uplifting, regal track ‘Royalty’ featuring Kojey Radical. ‘Sit Back’ is a rich dreamy offering, where we hear Shaé’s silky vocals take centre stage before ENNY enters with sleek bars that complement the laid back vibe of the track. In the accompanying video we see the duo individually as well as side by side, with bath shots and vibrant outfits providing an enchanting visual. Speaking on ‘Sit Back’, Shaé said:

“This song is for all my soft life advocates. I’m tired of feeling like only through struggle I can earn/appreciate peace. Peace all year long is the new vibe and this song is here to set the tone.”
