As we say goodbye to a warm and hopeful summer, producer TAMBALA and rapper Danny Sanchez come together to give us their new tune ‘Just Here’, to soundtrack these last few sunny evenings and ease us into autumn. Doused in nostalgic nature, the single comes laced with a soft piano riff, strung through an energetic beat as the lyrics take us back to mid-lockdown optimism.

“I just wanna feel the sun on my skin,” sings Danny in the outro after his adept and rapid flow throughout the track. The collaboration shines light on the pair’s musical synergy, with Danny’s vocals effortlessly gliding over TAMBALA’s smooth sultry production. “The instrumental was made towards the end of the final lockdown, trying to capture the buzz that was brewing as post-lockdown life drew closer,” shares TAMBALA in a statement about the release. “Danny picked up on the vibe and matched in perfectly with his vocals.”
