Accompanied by a live band and choir, Amsterdam’s RIMON reveals a stunning performance of her mesmerising single ‘never learned how to cope’’ and previously unheard tune, ‘Feed Me’.
How long is the world going to sleep on RIMON? In this unique show, the Eritrea-born singer-songwriter demonstrates once again she’s got the makings of a living legend and that everyone seriously needs to start taking notice. Originally airing during Eurosonic earlier this month, the live performance sees RIMON once again team up with Belgian duo, Bleu Nuit, who she previously worked with on her short film, ‘What They Called Me’. Shot in Brussels, the performance features the iconic Pavillion des Passions Humains as a pretty damn outstanding backdrop. Opening up with ‘never learned how to cope’ an emotionally raw song, taken from her ‘I Shine, U Shine’ EP and swiftly following with techno-sceptic single ‘Feed Me’, the performance represents the end of one chapter and the start of another. If this offering is anything to go by, we 100% recommend you keep your eyes peeled for RIMON’s upcoming EP ‘Digital Tears’.
