Jordy shows love to his lady in cool new single, ‘Cherry B’ and announces an upcoming project is in the works.

After a brief hiatus, Jordy has returned for good, allegedly ready to silence the skeptics with his highly anticipated forthcoming record, ‘SMH’. The seven-track project is set to see Jordy reflect on subjects including relationships, mental health, equality and self worth, though it’s likely that the rap-artist’s blunt and playful approach to lyrics won’t be going anywhere. With producer New Machine taking care of the beats, in ‘Cherry B’, Jordy stands by his glamorous girl as he bigs her up in his steady flows, offering lines that attest to her sexiness and genuine soul, like, “Real one that I lay with / We don’t care about no clout no / Only money that we’re chasing.” The visuals even give us a sneak peak behind the scenes offering a view into the good times behind the glamour. Now based in Essex, Jordy still stands for the London music he was brought up on: Garage, Grime, Hip-Hop and Reggae, the influence of which can be felt all over his versatile and dynamic verses and beats.
