With non-essential shops beginning to open and the public having the ability to move around more freely, it will be intriguing to see how brands and stores adapt to this new way of life. Stores and brands now need to find new ways of attracting customers to shop safely, as well as continue to buy when work for some is on a downward spiral or the fear of going out is still real.

Pinko has explored integrating physical and digital retail to heighten their customers experience and to build the already strong relationship. As part of the brands ongoing exploration of new and innovative creative ideas for the retail space, Pinko are offering a concierge service for their loyal customers now that their stores are open in the UK. The fashion brand will enable shopping to take place from the comfort of your home or in store, for a unique and exciting personal shopping experience.

For those who would rather stay home and are not ready to venture out to stores just yet, Pinko are offering a virtual 1-1 shopping service, where the customer can be shown garments live from the boutique and can request sought after styling tips.

On the other hand, for those desperate to get back out into the world and want a more exclusive store experience, Pinko are offering 1-1 appointments with their personal shoppers in a sanitised and rule abiding space, dedicated to this service.

As if that wasn’t enough, Pinko is also offering a ‘surprise-box service’, available through an invite-only system. Based on the customer’s preference, the brand’s fashion stylists will curate a special selection of ready-to-wear and accessories which will be delivered to the customers home. The customer will then have three days to try the garments or return free of charge, being a new way to try on clothes without going into the stores changing rooms.
