Last week Italian luxury footwear and fashion designer Giuseppe Zanotti was in town, to celebrate the launch of his new Talon sneaker collection.

An array of guests were invited to the private celebration, held at the newly launched FLANNELS store on Oxford Street, London. The collection displayed within an illuminated box on the menswear floor, included an exclusively customised pair by illustrator and visual artist Joshua Vides. The Southern Californian based artist is known for creating works that define the premise of pop art, through immersive illustrations normally in black and white.

North London based singer col3trane was in attendance, along with the likes of actor Jonathan Ajayi, who plays the character of Lekan Baako in the forthcoming Noughts and Crosses BBC TV series, which airs this evening at 9pm. Actors Kadeem Ramsey and Hope Ikpoku Jnr from the Netflix drama ‘Top Boy’ were also in attendance.

The Talon Sneaker collection is available at FLANNELS in-store, as well as online from £625.
