Sharna Bass - This View [Video]

Last month Sharna Bass released her self-produced single ‘This View’ taken from her forthcoming EP, due for release May 17 via EGA Music.

Directed by herself (as well), along with Luke Biggins - the emotive video shows Sharna strolling around her neighbourhood and going about her daily routine however, her lyrics tell a different story. She sings “I don’t want to be here no more with you, wouldn’t understand unless you’ve seen life from this view,” Sharna sings about escaping her current reality, living a life which is bigger than herself.

The singer who catapulted into the limelight at just 16, featuring on the hit song ‘Extraordinary’ by Clean Bandit back in 2014, has been working on her own sound ever since. ‘The View’ compliments her previous R&B releases, radiating a distinct sound and style which neatly captures her soulful influences.
